Why are the thumbnails of ‘My Pictures’ taking forever to load when I install Adobe Photoshop 7.0?
I’ve tried uninstalling Photoshop and this eliminated the problem. However, I work with a lot of graphics and I need to have Photoshop on my pc. If I leave it installed, it takes minutes for the thumbnails of pictures to load. When I leave it uninstalled, the thumbnails appear instantaneously. I’ve gone into msconfig and I’ve disabled Adobe Gamma Loader, thinking that this would fix the prob but it didn’t. I don’t know how this happened. Please help? Thank you in advance.
I’m using WinXP.
I also want to note that even when Photoshop is not running, the thumbnails take forever to load up, so this makes me doubt that it’s a memory problem. Any other suggestions, please?
Basically photoshop will take lot of memories. so thats the prob. u can use high configuration RAM. it will help u.
